Shipping Policy
Delivery Locations:
We currently deliver across Zambia.
Delivery Timeframe:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey.
Exchange Policy (No Returns)
At ShoppingCart.Africa, we do not accept returns, but we gladly offer product exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible Exchanges:
You received a damaged or defective item.
You received the wrong size or product.
Exchange Conditions:
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
How to Request an Exchange:
Email us at Email:support@shoppingcart.africa with your order number, reason for exchange, and photos if applicable.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
Items returned after the exchange window has passed
